The Italians are still bitter after failing to win a medal in Alpine at their home games in Turin four years ago and are hoping a chance of scenery will help. Looking for that extra bit of inspiration, the Azzurri will hold their pre-Olympic camp in Nakiska, Alberta, the slopes where Tomba burst onto the international scene with two gold medals at the 1988 Calgary Games.
